This rings so true for me personally! I find there is something missing in my day if I have not made time to either sit and stitch or quilt.
It seems 2007 being freshly started, we all have long wish lists. I hear so many of my stitching and quilting friends saying they feel a bit overwhelmed at the moment. Is it maybe that with the entire year still ahead of us, we see so many possibilities and want to try to do so much. I am trying to reduce the amount of projects in my tray this year. Firstly, I am going to remove all the WIPs. I will place only a couple of projects in the tray that I want to and can realistically work on in the coming weeks left in January. I think this will help me feel more organized and give me a feeling of accomplishment when I can say something is finished.

A very true quote Heidi - on busy days when there is just no chance for 'needle & thread' time, I always feel as though I've left something undone.

I just love that little quotation. I know how she feels! Thanks for the practical advice. Taking things slowly is a good way not to get too overwhelmed. The WW SAL is going so well. I hope to catch you all up soon. I now have my fabric and am raring to go.
