Rules for our log cabin swap quilt

I had a question about the swap quilt and thought I would explain how it all works. Everyone who wanted to participate in my quilt group turned in a small square of their choosen fabric for the hearth (middle square) and listed what colors they wanted used for their own log cabin blocks. Each month two names come up and they receive a log cabin block from each person participating in their choosen colors. You receive 11 completed blocks and can make however many more for yourself you need to complete you quilt.

The quilt I have now sewn is for myself but many of the blocks are given to me by the other members of my quilt group. We are simply swapping blocks.
