I am a 40-something housewife that loves to make my home a cheerful place for my husband and myself. I love working each day on my handwork and inspiring others to unlock their creative muses.
I have a blog where I write about my handwork and one in which I write about the changing seasons and things around my home and garden. Please stop by and visit me. While there, don't forget to leave a comment. I love hearing from you!
I want to thank everyone who has honored me with an award or tag. I have decided to make my blog an award free zone as I find it difficult to pick and choose myself among the blogs I love. I think every blog is great in its own way.
Heidi, What a wonderful way to celebrate Easter - through the language of quilts. It's a language of symbols and a bringing together of shape and colour to create a story understood by everyone. Your quilts not only continue the tradition of cataloguing life as we know it today but also remind us of the events and lives of people from the past - a true thread through time.
Thank you for your sunny and colourful Easter greetings :>) Warm hugs Angela
I have seen each of these items, so I know just how cute they all are. You are very organized also and manage to get the right things out at the right time. My things are shoved in the attic in plastic totes. Even though I have color coded totes, I need little ones to inspire me to get them out. Not this year. Love you, Mom
Heidi, I love that tulip quilt! The colors just make me want to go out and plant something and work in the yard! Could I ask who's pattern this is. I'd love to buy it. I really like to how you've quilted it. Do you hand quilt? Beautiful! You do such good work. I love the bunnies too! Hope Easter was a happy one for you! Cindy
LOVE that bunny bunting! Very pretty Easter delights... I really should do something about Easter decorating and stitching one year--LOL! Happy Days :o) ((HUGS))
