I am a 40-something housewife that loves to make my home a cheerful place for my husband and myself. I love working each day on my handwork and inspiring others to unlock their creative muses.
I have a blog where I write about my handwork and one in which I write about the changing seasons and things around my home and garden. Please stop by and visit me. While there, don't forget to leave a comment. I love hearing from you!
I want to thank everyone who has honored me with an award or tag. I have decided to make my blog an award free zone as I find it difficult to pick and choose myself among the blogs I love. I think every blog is great in its own way.
I am so pleased to have one more quilt UFO finish before February's end. It is a doll's quilt. My mother had bought this flannel toile fabric for me and I made this little quilt from it. The entire quilt is made with flannel fabrics and it so cuddly-soft.
Here is a view of the hand quilting on the back of the quilt.
And, last but not least, the quilt label to really finish it off!

Heidi,
I think this is my favorite quilt you've done yet! I adore the colors so much. How big is this doll quilt? Beautiful!
Very beautiful work down to the last detail, the label is the icing on the cake. Amazing job!!
